NEXT STEPS

• My topic for the masterpiece in our class is Film. But I want to add to it. I want to add theater, comedy, directing and cinematography.
• I became interested in my topic when I was very young. Ever since I was little I've always been making home videos with my siblings and cousins. So film has always been an interest to me. Also when I was younger I would always want to be in the spotlight and I liked to act, so that's how I got turned on to theater/ acting. Directing and cinematography go hand in hand for me. I think it was when I first saw Little Miss Sunshine. That movie made me want to pursue a career in film industry. It made me want to act on screen and it peaked my interest to directing and cinematography.
• My topic will enrich my life and my community by telling stories and by portraying characters in order to tell stories. 
• The academic discipline my topic suggests is basic film, learning editing, theater and those are all things I've learned here at school but I still want to enhance my storytelling and my writing. 
• I honestly have no idea how I am going to start learning more about my topic. 
• Some resources I need are a camera to film and people in the know so I can get my start. I want to direct a film and enter it into film festivals. That's how I want to get my start.
